The Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) program is a New Zealand government initiative that allows employers in the horticulture and viticulture industries to recruit workers from eligible Pacific countries, and now including Timor-Leste, for seasonal work. The program helps fill labor shortages in New Zealand while providing valuable income and skills for workers in their home countries.
